"Attimi d’istante prima della morte"

 Il tema della soggettivitý si fa sentire con sempre maggiore determinazione e risolutezza nella fotografia contemporanea e si impone non solo per l’urgenza della tematica ma soprattutto per l’originalitý del modo con cui tale soggettivitý viene espressa. Porsi di fronte all'io significa infatti non tanto soffermarsi sui comportamenti ma scandagliare gli intrichi dell’ego alla ricerca di una profonditý con cui dobbiamo tutti misurarci. Nasce da questa consapevolezza e da un forte coinvolgimento biografico il lavoro ATTIMI D’ISTANTE PRIMA DELLA MORTE realizzato da Massimiliano Orlandoni che si Ë volutamente spostato fino ai confini pi˜ estremi della coscienza, come a voler mettere alla prova l’uomo seguendone le tracce ben oltre il prevedibile e il previsto. Il giovane fotografo di Numana (An) insegue il groviglio di emozioni che precede, accompagna e segue la perdita di coscienza e per far ciÚ costruisce un racconto per immagini di grande potenza espressiva dove le singole caselle, costituite dai fotogrammi, creano un andamento non casuale ma al contrario caratterizzato da un ritmo narrativo forte e consapevole. Lo si puÚ intuire fin dall’inizio dove un viso viene quasi risucchiato da un nero profondo, assoluto, che solo la luce violenta dei fari di un’automobile puÚ attraversare alla ricerca di una strada, di una curva misteriosa, del significato oscuro di mille segnali catarifrangenti come occhi di animali appostati sul ciglio della strada stessa. Ormai il buio di un lungo tunnel si squarcia solo per mostrare visi dai lineamenti deformati, aspetti di un paesaggio intravisto attraverso le assi schiodate di una finestra, amici che si incontrano in un cortile innevato spiato da lontano, una figura che emerge dalla penombra per esaltarsi sulla luce quasi liquida che filtra dai vetri. Eppure, da piccoli e quasi impercettibili segnali, si intuisce che forse l’uscita dal tunnel non Ë lontana : infatti arriva improvvisa, con la leggerezza di una tenda, con l’emergere di confusi e ingombranti ricordi infantili... CosÏ, improvvisamente ci si sente quasi abbagliare dalla luce, ma Ë perchÈ ci eravamo abituati all’oscuritý ed ora lo sguardo viene ferito dal bianco della spuma del mare che si distende sulla spiaggia e noi stessi ci sentiamo correre al di lý del tunnel, verso il bianco assoluto dove si culla la rinnovata leggerezza del corpo ritrovato.

"Less than a moment before death"

 Subjectivity is coming inside contemporary photography deeper and deeper and not only regarding the subject needs but first of all for the originality of it in this kind of art. When you face yourself doesn’t mean only thinking and stopping on certain behaviour but catching a particular mood or feeling or emotion inside yourself and comparing your appearance with it. "Less than a moment before death" was born from this awareness and from a deep biography involvement by the author, Massimiliano Orlandoni, who went to the extreme borders of conscience to test man behind the visible foreseeable things. The young photographer from Numana (An) follows all emotions which come before, in the meantime and after our lost consciousness. The author gets these fleeting moments by the strong and expressive power of image where the single parts, photograms, create not an accidental movement but strong and conscious narrative line. You can realize that from the first photo where a deep and absolute dark almost eats a face; and only a violent light from a car can pass through the dark searching a way, a mysterious curve or the unknown meaning of thousand of signs like animal eyes along the border of the same road. The dark of the long tunnel goes away to show only unclear faces, parts of a landscape looked from the window, friends who meet each other in a white courtyard caught far away; a shape from the dark towards a liquid light from the glasses. Nevertheless, you can feel the exit of the tunnel from small and unclear signals and suddenly the light comes, weak like a curtain, with confused memoirs of the past time… And now the light can blind you, but only because you come from the darkness. Now your eyes are hurt from the white foam of the waves and you feel pushed on the other side, towards the absolute white part where you can find your lost body and dance inside it.
